What is Job Placement?

Job Placement is a dedicated service where we help you locate, secure, and transition into a paid, competitive job in the community. The goal is to match you with a position that fits your career interests and make sure you successfully complete your first full day of work.

Who is this for?

  • Individuals with disabilities who are ready to enter or re-enter the workforce
  • Job seekers who need hands-on help finding leads, writing resumes, or submitting applications
  • Candidates who want support preparing for interviews or setting up workplace accommodations

Service Planning

We sit down with you and your counselor to build a plan tailored to your specific job goals.

Active Job Search

We go out with you to apply in person, help you find openings, and prepare you for interviews. We do not just rely on online postings.

Job Offer Support

When an offer comes in, we help you review the terms, negotiate if needed, and set up any workplace accommodations.

First Day

The service is successfully completed once you finish your first full day of paid employment.
