Housing & Employment Support Programs

We work with individuals who need extra support finding stable housing or getting back to work. Services are available at no cost to those who qualify. Schedule a meeting with us to find out if you are eligible.

Supportive Housing

For individuals who are homeless, unstably housed, or at risk of losing housing. We help you find a place to live, keep it, and connect you with the support you need to stay stable long-term.

You may qualify if you have Medicaid and a documented health or disability need.

Supported Employment

For individuals who want to work but need extra support getting there. We help with job searching, applications, interviews, and on-the-job coaching, for as long as you need it.

You may qualify if you have Medicaid or are receiving state disability benefits.

Supportive Housing

We help eligible individuals find and keep stable housing through hands-on support. Our team assists with housing searches, applications, budgeting, landlord coordination, and ongoing case management. No time limits on services.
